1st Meeting of the Network’s Discussion Groups of EU-GCC

The first Meeting of the Discussion Groups will be held on the 30th of November and 1st of December 2010, in Dubai, UAE. The event will take place in the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai.

The objective of the 1st Discussion Groups Meeting is to discuss on the development of concrete cooperation activities on clean energy, including the related policy and technology aspects, exploiting the technological areas of common EU-GCC interest. Moreover, the meeting will foster mutual trust and will encourage the close targeted cooperation and working contacts between key clean energy actors. 

The 1st Meeting of the Network Discussion Groups will attract a well targeted group of experts from EU and GCC organizations, including policy and decision making bodies, research and academic institutions, energy utilities, industry and business actors, national and regional clean energy agencies/organizations interested in this initiative.
