ELETAEN event on RES and Issues of Environmental Legislation

The Greek Scientific Association of Wind Energy (ELETAEN) organizes on Monday, October 4th 2010 ( 11:00-15:00), at the Hilton Hotel in Athens a discussion on:  
                                            
«RES as a tool of substantial environmental protection: Application and Interpretation issues of environmental and forestry legislation»

RES are, in this environment of economic crisis, the optimum choice for accomplishing the target of sustainable development, the protection of environmental and of social cohesion. The rational implementation of the legislation on the development of RES investments is a crucial subject, that has to attract the attention of all kind of authorities, among which is the judiciary.

Scientists and Professors of Law and NTUA will give interesting speeches, followed by a discussion among decision makers and experts of energy and law.
