This microsite includes the presentations made at the "3rd S. E. Europe Energy Dialogue" conference which was organized by the Institute of Energy for South East Europe on June 18 & 19, 2009 in Thessaloniki, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

The conference was attended by 160 delegates from 16 countries and three international organisations.

The present microsite contains all the presentations of the Thessaloniki conference including the various moderator's introductory remarks and comments.
